At Pazo de Señorans, you find yourself transported back in time to the rural Galicia of the 19th century. The winery is a magnificent example of the ancestral Galician homes built in the countryside with all the charm and nobility of centuries past. Located in Vilanoviña, Pazo de Señorans belongs to the appellation D.O.Ca. Rias Baixas, which is characterized by low lands next to the sea with gentle temperatures and elevated precipitation that levels off during the summer months. These climate conditions, together with the region’s fine, sandy, acidic soil, give the grapes their aromatic character and unique freshness. Since its beginnings in Rias Baixas, Pazo de Señoráns has had a clear goal: transform the fruit of the earth into a serious wine that truly reflects the characteristics of the land and the variety. Today, their wines are renowned for their outstanding quality, which is the fruit of a careful and painstaking selection process during the harvest and an exemplary vineyard management policy.
